Kate and Andrew envisioned a high-energy, high-class coastal wedding at a place close to their hearts: the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. To bring their dream to life, they entrusted us with full-service wedding planning and design for their wedding weekend. Kate radiated joy throughout the process, and we collaborated with her to design unique, custom details that made their day truly unforgettable. The day began with Kate and Andrew exchanging heartfelt vows at Christ Church in Ponte Vedra. This charming church, with its warm wooden architecture and breathtaking cross, created an intimate and awe-inspiring setting for their ceremony. Located just a short distance from the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, it offered a formal setting for their union and an easy transition for guests.

Coastal Cocktail Hour

The Great Lounge, Ponte Vedra Inn and Club

Prior to the reception, guests mingled at the cocktail hour in the warm and inviting Great Lounge at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. Since our first planning meeting, this space was one of Kate and Andrew’s favorite locations at the resort. The furnishings in the room brought a coziness to the hour and guests were given a glimpse of the stunning design elements awaiting them at the reception.

The Great Lounge features pops of blue and orange that we highlighted by incorporating the colors into the floral arrangements to enhance the room’s charm. Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails, conversations in the inviting lounge areas, and mingled about the stunning 360 degree escort card display, featuring beautiful calligraphied oyster shells.

Timeless, Elegant Formal Reception

As guests entered the ballroom at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, they were greeted by a mix of table sizes with towering florals and palm fronds, a large birch and white dance floor, and stage decked out with 10 foot floral arches.
