I have no doubt this is the best job in the world for me (although I still dream about being a perpetual student, cookie dough counter franchisee, or gymnastics instructor, lol!). Over the years I’ve had the honor of having some incredible humans join me on this journey-

Wedding Day Production Assistants

This is a really special role as you are the “right-hand” on wedding days to our Lead Coordinators and Planners–tasked with managing the behind-the-scenes logistics of setup, production, execution and making our clients/couples feel extra loved and catered to on their wedding day! It’s a big role to fill and so very important! 

An exceptional production assistant is detail-oriented, positive minded, likes interpersonal communication, a creative thinker and problem-solver, quick on their feet and loves building community!

The Fine Print

These are part-time contract positions with growth opportunities! Production Assistants will gain hands-on experience on wedding days and work side-by-side with qualified, experienced Coordinators and Planners on our team.
