Landry + Hunter’s Residential Wedding | Milledgeville, Georgia
Today we’re chatting with former bride, Landry Galloway on her wedding experience last Fall. Landry hired LLC Events for Wedding Coordination services plus a VIP Bride’s Planning Day with our Lead Planner, Laura Lyn. Assisting Landry with her wedding visions at her parent’s residential home while also helping to address the rentals and logistical needs for hosting a large, outdoor tented reception fell right in our sweet spot! The day was intentional, memorable, tons of fun, spectacular in design, and put into photos perfectly by Ashah Photography.

How long have you and Hunter been together and how did you meet?
7 years–we were high school sweethearts!
When it came to planning your wedding, what was most important to you?
I cared most about the food, band and photographer. I booked those first and wanted a wedding planner that I felt I connected with and trusted for things to run smoothly.
What are your top three favorite memories, stories, or details from your wedding day?
I loved having the live painting done by Elaine Burge, being on stage with the band, surrounded by our closest friends, and having dinner just the two of us during cocktail hour.
If you could provide a tip to another couple planning their wedding, what would it be?
Cut the amount of people in order to get the wedding that you want.
When it came to your venue selection, why did you choose to get married there?
Our barn is special because it was built in remembrance of my grandmother who passed away in 2019. I wanted to feel her presence on our wedding day.
Tell us a little bit about what you’re doing post-wedding. Have you taken on any new hobbies or have any tasks you miss from wedding planning season?
After my wedding & honeymoon, I decided to turn my passions of photography and home organization into a full-time business. My focus for LG Photography is baby & children’s photography, families and couples, graduation sessions, and local events in the community and surrounding areas. My home organization business, Organize Me By Landry, started out as helping friends and family with projects around their homes that has now turned into a booming business. I love what I do because I love working with people and making a positive difference in their lives. What better way to make people happy than create memorable photos and beautiful, organized spaces within their home!
