The last quarter of 2023 has arrived quicker than the Kelce-Swift romance (but who’s paying attention to that, right?)! We love the turn of seasons here at LLC Events! Fall-flavored lattes, “the” fair, college football, and wedding season…these are a few of our favorite thinnnnngs. 🎵 Life is full and so is my heart – here are a few highlights from Q3.
Our wedding schedule in July and August slowed down a bit, which gave us time to prep up for a fab Fall season. While working through the final planning phase for our full service clients, we also welcomed an armful of newly engaged couples to our LLC tribe for 2024 weddings! We’ve helped them with their foundational planning and vendor sourcing while also enhancing some of our internal workflows to create an even smoother, more tailored client experienced in the early planning phase. We also put polish on our marketing materials for a new(ish) signature service, the VIP Bride Day – a customized, quick solution for partial planning assistance. Learn about our VIP Bride Day!

We finished an overhaul on the LLC Party Pantry website, moving from one website hosting platform to another, in efforts to make shopping our tableware rental collection even easier for customers. We also had a photoshoot with Meredith Farmer, and I’m thrilled to share yummy new tablescape images as we near the holiday season. We’ve got so many great table items, like a transitional tablecloth, Christmas china, or punchy glassware, and I’m so excited to have a website that better features these items for the enthusiastic hostess.
‘Tis the season for birthday celebrations and vacations! July now houses seven family birthdays after we added our newest niece to the Cancer/Leo crew this year. We celebrated my son’s birthday with a backyard capture-the-flag glow party. The glow paint was bountiful and I loved watching them have a full-out boy battle in our yard. This was also the first party we had that we told parents they could drop-off their kids. (If you’re a parent, you know this is a big milestone.) To my parent friends that enjoyed a great dinner date sans kids, you’re welcome! 😉 Here to do what I can for a much deserved night on the town!
Our little four year old princess had an extended mermaid birthday celebration, as we got to experience Disney for the first time before September ended! This will go down in my lifetime highlights, not just Q3 or 2023. We spent 3 days exploring four parks (Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom) and experienced Mickey’s Not So Spooky Halloween party. It was the best week ever and we’re so thankful check off this bucket list memory with our family this year.
Amid celebrations and vacations, my kids each started new activities in August. I’m settling into a new afternoon routine as a ballet, soccer, Jiu Jitsu, golf mom. 🚕 Whew!
